The vibrant location in the heart of the capital made it easy to explore and enjoy local attractions. The swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi were highlights for relaxation after long days of hiking. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh seafood dishes, and the staff were attentive and friendly. However, a cruise ship parked nearby blocked our stunning view at times, and the room, while spacious, could use some updates. Next time, I would prefer a room with a guaranteed view.

The SCUBA setup was fantastic, just a
short walk from my room to the dock, making for a seamless diving experience. The only downside was the inconsistency in room cleaning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the recent upgrades to the hotel.

great waterfront views and easy walks to attractions nearby
I really enjoyed my stay with breathtaking ocean views and the awesome convenience of being able to stroll to landmarks like the Dominica Museum just a few steps away, making each outing an adventure and a memorable way to soak in the local culture.

The oceanfront view from our room was breathtaking, but
the noise from local events in the evening was disruptive. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the food at the restaurants was delightful, but the staff service did fluctuate during our stay, affecting the overall experience.

Great spot for a getaway
Had a solid stay for 2 nights. The room was comfy with a nice mountain view. The location is perfect for exploring the area! The staff was super helpful, especially Serana and Verona. But the food wasn’t great, especially at the Friday buffet. The poolside bar was nice for snacks, though!

great views but limited pool area
I enjoyed the picturesque ceiling to floor window in my room, which enhanced my stay. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout my time, making it easy to stay connected. The incredible infinity pool provided breathtaking mountain views, adding to the overall experience. I also appreciated having a comfortable chair for reading during my downtime.

Spacious and clean rooms.
I was disappointed to find out the elevators were broken during my stay, forcing us to carry our suitcases up five floors without any help. The food at the restaurant was not what I expected, serving low-quality buffet options instead of fine dining as advertised. Additionally, the pool service was poor and the drink options were often unavailable, which added to my dissatisfaction.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the fresh juices, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The infinity pool overlooked the ocean, and the attention to detail was lovely. I'd definitely stay again!

The ocean view from our room was stunning, and we absolutely enjoyed relaxing by the pool with the sunset backdrop. I loved indulging in a massage at the spa and taking a dip in the outdoor pool to unwind. Just a heads up, the food service could be a bit slow at times, but it didn’t keep us from having a great stay! 😊

The setup for SCUBA diving was impressive! The proximity to the dock made excursions effortless. The large, clean deluxe oceanfront room offered stunning views of both the sea and mountains.
While the upgrades to the hotel were notable, a few areas still felt a bit neglected.

Friendly and knowledgeable dive shop staff made my experience memorable.
The pool area was too small and had uncomfortable sun loungers.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
